| Coopers Australian Pale Ale Home Brew is formulated to produce a beer as close as possible to our commercial Coopers Original Pale Ale. |
17/11 - This brew was a bit of a last minute decision. I suddently found myself with enough empty bottles (thanks Rudi!) and enough cool weather to fit in 1 more brew. As a result, I decided to use tap water for this one. We'll see if it makes any difference. 20/12 - Quite a nice brew. Not as bitter as I would have expected. Also a bit cloudy. Might need to sit in the bottles for a bit longer to clear up. |
